Shipping & Delivery
All orders over $75 are eligible for Free Shipping! FutureCeuticals Direct’s preferred shipping carriers are FedEx and USPS. Orders received before 12pm CST are generally shipped the same day (no shipments on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays).
Generally expect shipments to arrive:
- 1-3 days to East Coast and Midwest
- 4-5 days to West Coast
- 5-15 days to Canada.
- 4-5 days to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Virgin Islands
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders will ship via USPS, unless the package is over 4lbs, in which case it will ship via FedEx. If expedited shipping is required, select FedEx Express during ordering. An additional shipping fee will apply.

The privacy and security of customers is paramount to FutureCeuticals Direct. Under no circumstances will customer email or phone number ever be sold to any soliciting third parties. By providing an email address, customers are able to receive updated information regarding new products and offers. Customer phone numbers are recorded so that customer support representative(s) can keep in touch regarding any issues that may arise while processing and shipping orders.
Returns & Replacements
Product(s) CAN be opened and used, and still be eligible for return and/or the 90 day money back guarantee. In the event that a package is damaged during the shipping process, please call (800) 862-0438. Customer Support is happy to re-ship the package at no extra cost. All unopened product must be returned prior to receiving a refund and/or product exchanges. In most cases, the Customer Support Representative will issue an RMA# for returns which must be listed on the mailing address (see below*). Please direct questions to: email@example.com

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The following forms of payment are currently accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout, PayPal, and Electronic check or Check/Money order. Orders paid for via mailed check or money order will ship once payment is received. All promotions and offers are sent to customers through emails.
